At Pencestry, each pen is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, our return and warranty policies differ slightly from mass-produced goods. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Personalized Products
Products that include custom engraving or personalization are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during shipment.
Before completing your order, please review your personalization details carefully. Once production begins, engraving content cannot be changed.
Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Warranty Coverage
Pencestry pens are backed by a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a covered issue occurs, we will evaluate the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component or provide an equivalent replacement.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical failures related to workmanship
- Structural issues not caused by misuse or damage
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes
- Patina development or natural aging of materials
- Scratches, dents, or finish wear from regular use
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Loss or theft
Product Care
To preserve the appearance and function of your pen, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, or abrasive surfaces. Periodic cleaning with a soft cloth and light lubrication of moving components may help maintain smooth operation.
How to Request Support
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service or return eligibility, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to assist with evaluation.
