Engraving Policy

We create personalized pieces meant to be timeless, meaningful, and appropriate for all audiences. To maintain this standard, all custom engraving requests are reviewed before production.

What We're Happy to Engrave

We welcome personal, sentimental, and universally appropriate messages, including:

• Names, initials, and dates
• Short personal messages and expressions of affection (e.g., “Forever Yours”, “You're My Angel”, “Always”, “With Love”)
• Family - related wording (Mom, Dad, Grandma, etc.)
• Anniversary and celebration phrases
• Seasonal greetings (e.g., “Merry Christmas”, “Happy Holidays”, “Happy Birthday”)
• Neutral symbolic or metaphorical language used in a non-religious context

What We Do Not Engrave

To keep our products neutral and universally giftable, we do not engrave:

• Political messaging, slogans, candidate names, or advocacy statements
• Religious statements, scripture references, or doctrinal content
• Explicit, sexual, or inappropriate language
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or harmful content
• Insults, hostile phrases, or negative messaging directed at individuals or groups
• Violent or threatening language
• Encoded or Stylized Content

Messages that attempt to bypass these guidelines using symbols, abbreviations, ciphers, or alternative spellings are treated the same as direct wording and may be declined.

Music & Custom Artwork Requests

For custom music or artwork engravings, we can accept:

• Original compositions created by the customer
• Public domain works
• Designs generated through our personalization system
• We are unable to engrave copyrighted material or recognizable excerpts from protected works unless proof of licensing or authorship is provided.

Review & Approval

All engraving requests are reviewed prior to production. If a submission falls outside of our guidelines, we'll contact you to request an alternative message or provide a full refund. Approval of one engraving request does not guarantee approval of future or similar submissions. Each request is reviewed individually.
