Pencestry products are crafted with care and many items are made to order. Please review the information below to understand production timelines and shipping expectations.

Production Time

Most orders require approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipment. Production time may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, and material availability.

Limited releases and high-demand periods (such as holidays) may result in extended production timelines. When applicable, estimated lead times are displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Order Priority and Limited Releases

Orders are generally processed in the order they are received. For limited releases or special promotions, priority fulfillment windows may be offered and clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and carrier performance. Typical domestic delivery times range from 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that carrier delays, weather events, or peak shipping seasons may impact delivery timelines. These factors are outside of our direct control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may be added in the future. When offered, international customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

While we make every effort to ensure successful delivery, Pencestry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the package has been accepted for transport.
